    hello everyone, I have an experience with tele brand product. I purchased twin motor message belt for my body fitness. I use it daily but there is no effect, no weight loss in after 1 month.     I went online to order ONE stickybuddy. I was VERY careful on each page with additional offers to click on "NO THANKS"....when I submitted payment and shipping info, THERE WAS NO CONFIRMATION PAGE of charges before the order was processed as complete, and for twice what I ordered!     Telebrands is a scam. Completing the order online there is no way to hit a back button and no page at the end that shows you the order before the sale is final. That's wrong. Second, the company got my address and my phone # wrong. My order was placed Nov 8 and by Dec 12 I still had not recieved it so I called them and that is when I found out about the address and phone number.     I ordered one pasta boat from this company. I was given the option of ordering a 2nd for an additional 6.99 shipping and handling. I declined. When my receipt was processed, I had the additional 6.99 charge on there anyway. There is no one to call unless you are prepared for a lenghty wait. Even their own page suggests calling at the end of the week. GREAT customer service guys... There is no email customer service option either.     Telebrands Pasta Bowl CLEARLY states (and I printed it to confirm)that ONE Pasta Bowl is $10.00 plus $6.99 for shipping. (Again I have PRINTED this info). Then it ASKS during checkout IF I want the second one for the same added price plus another $6.99 shipping. I checked their NO THANKS button.     This is a crap product. My entire money has gone for a waste.The product is not at all durable as it is shown on the advertisements.     Telebrands has a scam set up with another company called Just 4 Me. Telebrands sends a small check that appears to be a rebate check. If you cash the check, Telebrands gives your credit card number to Just 4 Me who starts charging you a fee for a service you have never heard about.     I had exactly the same bad experiences with this junk company. I saw the TV ad and then tried to order a heel-stick product from www.heelstick.com. The price on the TV is $10 for each, while after I entered my discover information, my address, and everything, the price showed $23.98!     I ordered Jupiter Jack, 2 for $10, they billed me $68: chargred me $19.99 for each, charged me shipping of $7 on each then send two mounts and charged me $7 on each. Called and got some rude people from India, they basically told me to go to hell, I mean it, they said the bill refected what I agreed to.     I purchased a Jupiter Jack from Telebrands,com. I have had nothing but trouble and lies from them. They said the payment would be split in two - yes, but they charged $48 on the first time and $10 the second time - not the way it should be done. They tell you an item has been shipped when it hasn't. They guarantee you will receive an item by a specific date, you don't.     I ordered Jupiter Jack back in AUG, 09 two weeks before my wife's birthday and upgarded the jupiter so I would make sure it would work. Paid extra to amount to about $50.00 It took till October to receive it and I was never told it would take that long. Once I got it, the connectors to fit a phone did not work on her phone. This is the only company I've ever placed an order with where your total bill and price breakdown was given AFTER they accept your order.     I can’t believe that TeleBrands can get away with their claim that “one size fits all–for men and women.” I have a size 10 foot and they are WAY TOO BIG for me. I even cut off the big and small toes to try to use them on my middle toes and they are still too big. This product is a fraud! I don't think any woman who has left a positive comment about Pampered Toes has actually tried them. How can they help me? I read positive reviews about their lint lizard so went on their website to order. A second product was offered for an additional $6.99 which I ordered. However I did not get an order confirmation upon what should have been the completion of my order online. Then then next day got and email confirmation of my order that contained more product and .....you guessed it......more charges that what I placed an order for.

The sharpner maybe good but their site is a ripp off. They have a drop down box that says either special offer two edge of glories AND 2 sets of 3 knives. The other option is 1 edge of glory and 1 set of three knives. I thought I had hit first box and a receipt came back at 6.99 with no description. I thought well it is a special.Today I received 3 knives that is it. I called their customer service and I get sorry I can return it [I pay SH] and order from them. I said NO I only had choice of 2 items please just send the sharpner. No they can not do that. WHY? Finally asked for a supervisor and got disconnected. Well like a fool I went back on line this time made sure I picked first option and Voila same thing 6.99 no description. I call them back and tell them that site is rigged. They will give me 5 dollar discount and I say but I am still out 2 dollars. Well I should have called and ordered and I said I want that site reported and I want to talk to a supervisor. I was disconnected. Is there someone to report this FRAUD too? My husband just wanted the knife sharpner but now I have to wait to cancel 2nd order which I am sure is 3 more knives. If anyone knows who to report this too it would be appreciated!

Have been trying to use Telebrands $20 phony gift certificate
Everything works fine till you hit continue. Then cert. value goes to ZERO. We have phoned 5 times now and have been promised a return response - never to get one. Is there a gov't complaint dept???

TeleBrand is just a fake selling goods service Provider. No one is happy about their orders and got the things on time or some one had contacted them for delivery.
Its just a waste of money.

I returned back the product to the company and paid the shipping around $9. I called this god-damned company several times (800-777-4034, also telebrands), I told them they were stealing my money, and told them to refund the money ASAP, or I would sue them. They were doing against the business law. Later they refunded me $10. I called discover card and told them that I did not authorize the purchase; they said they would investigate it. One week later, the rest of the money were refunded to my discover account.

Actually, though discover did a good job in dealing this issue, but it also depended on who received your call. The first time I called, the representative was very indifferent and told me to contact the junk company because they could not do anything with that. Several days later I called again and the other representative was very professional and told me that the company needed to show the records of my purchase. As long as I did not authorize anything, they should not charge my money.

So I would suggest you call your credit card company. Try again if you do not get a good representative. I do believe that they are right,as long as you do not authorize anything, the junk company can not charge you via credit card.

So my loss this time was $ 9 of the shipping fee. I do not expect to have that back. But I am going to complain to BBB. Money is not the deal. I am just angry with such kinds of thefts.
